This was my first experience with a claim and it was excellent.
This was my first experience with a claim and it was excellent. Both my vet and the emergency vet were able to process the claim and direct bill within minutes. It was very reassuring that we didn¡¦t have to worry about this during this stressful time. My puppy is now fully recovered!
