My tenant insurance premium was jacked…
My tenant insurance premium was jacked up way HIGH without any particular reason. Didn't had any claim or anyting. Thats why I left as far as I recall. The company I got it from later on was almost $20 less than Sonnet. It might be your pricing strategy to grab new customers, but truly breaks trust to deal with the company after 1 year. At least for me, I do not think I will ever get involved with Sonnet again.. had to rush and look for a new insurance provided in the second year. It was annoying. Other than that i was happy the one year i was with Sonnet. No problem.

Double billed my insurance one month
Double billed my insurance one month, could never get ahold of anyone to get it corrected after multiple call back requests and online chat support. Apparently this a common thing with this company from many friends who also held policies with Sonnet. All in all it was good while it lasted but would not recommend these guys. As soon as something goes wrong it is radio silence from them

Reliable and Honest
I have had 2 occasions where my Golden Retriever was seriously ill. Healthy Paws covered the entire treatment and sent me a check within a week. They are reliable and honest.

Don't waste your money - Horrible!
Takes forever to have a claim processed. Then they deny almost everything, anyway possible. For instance, my dog had an ear infection when we rescued her as a puppy. Waited the period for "illness" coverage, filed claim and it was denied. Some 8 months later, she got another ear infection, submitted claim and it was just denied "as a pre-existing condition" from the original ear infection. An ear infection, in a different ear is a pre-existing condition, come on! Just cancelled my policy, and wasted almost a year of payments. Stay away, from this insurer!

Small Wait, but Worth It
While it took a little time, Pets Best insurance helped my family manage my dog's broken tooth in a way that saved us a nice amount of money. It's so nice to have help with surprise injuries arise (which always seems to happen with my kultzy dog).

Several options, ease of the app, excellent rates and reimbursement. I used aspca before and needed to cancel for financial reasons. As soon as I was able, I reapplied. Never checked other pet insurance carriers.
