Trupanion has been so easy to work with. I am able to have a claim submitted right at the time of service by my veterinarian. They respond right away and my bill is reduced by the coverage amount. An effortless process for me.

Easy, streamlined process
I am quite impressed with the ease of submitting claims to Pets Best. I submitted three at the same time, and process was straigtforward and quick. The claim time took about a month to process, but it's still faster than human health insurance, so I don't consider that an issue. All the claims were approved, per my policy coverage choices, and the explanation of benefits was wonderful- again, significantly better than human health insurance. It broke it down into exactly how much went to the deductible and how much my portion continued to be. I'm so glad I went with my friend's recommendation to use this company.
