Very straightforward and easy claim process
I looked over many pet insurance companies. I felt Lemonade was the best because I already use them for my renters insurance so I would receive a discount from that. I also love their app integration for their services. It makes it so easy to submit a claim. I already submitted for my dogs annual exam and literally was reimbursed within less than 5 min of submitting.

Insurance Price - Reimbursement ratio is not too good
I thought I had the best insurance available for the non-emergency stuff, but it covers fraction of vax costs and vet visits even if they are preventative. Otherwise, their tech works flawlessly, I got claims approved in like 7 seconds.

Lemonade has been great handling my pet claim and explaining my policy and what i needed to do to get things covered. I have the wellness plan so exams are covered and was reimbursed very quickly. Everyone i talked to was so friendly and helpful.

Lemonade saved the day
When Naira was bit by another dog resulting in a broken leg, Lemonade came to the rescue. It’s bad enough going through something so traumatic but then having to deal with filing claims and costs which add up very quickly can cause so much stress. Lemonade took the stress out of filing and paid claims very quickly! Leaving me to concentrate on getting my pup well. The customer service is also outstanding! They responded quickly so I always knew what was going on or if I needed documentation I didn’t initially provide. Lemonade will really save you in this time of need. After my experience I truly believe EVERY pet owner should be insured with Lemonade!

Easiest Insurance claim ever!
My dog is a Springer, so is a spaz. He managed to have 2 claims within 2 weeks. An ear infection and a substance ingestion! The claims were so easy to submit, and it was great just grabbing him and taking him to the vet hospital knowing he was covered! He's a good boy, just does bad things!

When I signed up for pet insurance for my fur baby I was expecting high prices and a crappy policy with hardly any reimbursement following costly puppy immunizations . However, this company by far is the best pet insurance policy I have ever had. From the application process all the way to the claim process was so effortless, transparent, simple, and quick. Receiving my reimbursement for my claims were even quicker. The customer service so far has surpassed my expectations and I look forward to obtaining more products Lemonade Ins has to offer!!!!
