I am very disappointed with your…
I am very disappointed with your insurance company. Very rarely are things covered by your plan. I was total that since I am in a Care Club Plan that I will not be reimbursed. I do NOT have a secondary insurance policy for my dog. I pay into a payment plan for my dog's care. I pay $116.51 per month for doctor's visits, neutering and vaccines. Because the invoice says the charges for those service have a zero balance, does not mean that I did NOT pay them. It means that I have been paying for them over time. Just like if you were paying off the purchase of a car.

They don't cover a lot
I got healthy paws thinking it would help me when my dog got ill however have come to discover that they don't cover a lot of common issues. An example, I took my dog in because she has a cough, the vet gave her an x-ray and medication and healthy paws didn't cover it. Similarly she had to have heartworm treatment and they would not cover the cost of it or the associated x-rays. If your dog gets into an accident then you should be ok but if you are getting insurance hoping that it will reduce expenditure in the long run then healthy paws is a waste of money.
