I did my quote easily online, called in to confirm the price and ask questions about payment/expected waiting time. The initial setup takes a few minutes and in a day or two it was active. Then I bought stickers for my plates online which checks for your insurance status. Basically within two days my car was on the road with all digital documents and in two weeks I got my plate stickers and any other documents I needed in the mail. Website is fast and easy to use. Customer service was the same experience and by that I mean I didn't have to wait on hold. The only issue I had was not having a credit card for first payment so I used Paypal then I used the website to change payment method afterwards.

At the beginning of the phone call I ended up having to call her back and I almost forgot about her but I remembered. Called her and she was as pleasant as she was in the beginning. Skeptical about pet insurance?
At first I was skeptical about getting pet insurance but after years of expensive medical bills for previous pets and now being a first time owner of two purebred kitties, I wanted to be prepared. You are Lifesavers!
With a week before the holidays my dog became sick and I rushed him to vet. Luckily I had just received a Christmas bonus at work and used it all for my dog which I was glad to use and would do it again, but it left me pretty strapped for funds. I was able to easily submit my claim online and was kept informed about the proceedings. I was literally in tears receiving the email in just a few days that Trupanion was covering the majority of my bill. Thank you - your company is the best. I always recommend you to friends who get new pups.

I am very impressed with Sonnet and the simplicity and ease that it was to obtain my auto quote and set up my insurance, I bought my vehicle on a Sunday so there were no Insurance companies open to help me but the online option at Sonnet was easy and efficient.i realized that i had made a spelling error on my name and called in to speak to someone in customer service and he took care of the correction while i was on the line with him..I will definetely be recommending Sonnet to my family and friends.

I can’t express the gratitude that I have for Trupanion! I’m disabled and would not possibly be able to afford his end of life veterinarian bills and/or medicine. You are making this transitioning time so much easier. I owe Mile dept of gratitude, for I was bedbound when I got him. He got me walking again! Because of Trupanion, I can make his transition a bit more comfortable. I don’t have to worry as to wether I can afford to get him the care that is needed at this time. I can focus my energy on making him comfortable, and loving on him during this transition time. My veterinarian takes Trupanion up front. My wish is that BluePearl would do the same thing.
