Very kind and helpful
When I called for information about filing a claim the representative was very nice and helpful. The wait period was impressive. I only filed claim two weeks ago, actually two claims at once, and I received notice today that they have been settled. I appreciate that.

I had to email a number of times and then call to get a quote for our second dog. I spoke to someone about submitting back claims and she was sending me a paper form to complete so I could include multiple invoices from the vet - THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO

Wow!
We have had insurance on our Lab, Lily for almost 10 years. Never thought we would use it at this point. Then, she ruptured her ACL. She had surgery on Tuesday, brought home Wednesday and filed the claim on Friday. Received notification the next day, Saturday, that claims had been processed and paid. One day service! Unheard of, especially now with the pandemic. The claims were handled as stated in the policy. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy claim process
When my dog tore his CCL and was told he had to have major knee surgery to correct it, I was nervous about being able to pay for it. Thankfully the claim process with Heathy Paws was so easy and they responded very quickly and reimbursed me for the costs of his surgery. It was such a relief to not worry about the financial concerns of surgery and to be able to get him the help he needed!

I have a new puppy. ASPCA is the best and easiest manner in which to insurance a pet's health. It can be expensive to anti-up to pay the bills for pets and nothing is worse than being caught off guard when the unexpected happens.
