This is still my first year with sonnet but so far they are the best insurance company with the best rates and good reliable customer service. I highly recommend them and I have recommended to anyone I’ve talked to about insurance to switch to sonnet.

Best insurance ever
We have had Trupanion for 11 years for our two standard poodles. They are a wonderful, caring compassionate company. We have unfortunately had several issues with our dogs and so thankful we have Trupanion, one less stress. I file my claims on line and get an instant response that they are reviewing it. The turn around time for conclusion is usually in a day or two. The few times I have had to call them their staff has been so helpful and understanding. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Morally corrupt
Easily one of the most morally corrupt companies I have ever encountered. I adopted a kitten, got her pet insurance, and during the excessively long waiting period for coverage to kick in (30 days) my newly adopted kitten started to show symptoms of a still undiagnosed condition. But, because I actually love my pet enough to ensure she has the best chance to survive, I immediately started the diagnosis journey. And, finally the pet insurance kicks in, she still does not have a diagnosis, and has only been giving preventative maintenance medications to keep her alive while we continue to try and figure out what is wrong. And they WILL NOT cover anything while we still try to determine what is wrong with a member of my family - claiming that her symptoms count as a pre-existing condition. News flash! All pets undergo a transition period where they exhibit signs of stress that can manifest in different ways. But, if they exhibit any symptom even once in their life it will forever be deemed a "pre-existing condition" by this company no matter how much time goes by between incidents. So if you consider using this company be ready to have to decide if you want to risk up to 30 days of wondering if your pet will survive the night just so they can maybe pay part of your vet bill.

I just got this insurance for my dog
I just got ASCPA insurance for my dog. The customer service is very slow and they contacted me after 4 days. I used Pawlicy.com to get my dog's policy because ASPCA website doesn't have all the options available. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and the benefits.
