At the recommendation of a vet tech at Houston's Gulf Coast Veterinary Services, I've had Embrace Pet Insurance for almost 3 years for my two beloved Maine Coon cats. It has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only have they covered one of my cat's ongoing issues, their customer service is excellent, and the app and website are so easy to use. I am very thankful for this outstanding pet insurance company.

Customer Service was Patient, Understanding, and Respectful. I took my Cats in for their initial Exam, Paid the Vet with my funds then, filed my claims a few days later - I was notified by email on what my insurance covered and received my claims pay directly to my Bank Account in a week. Thank You Nationwide for standing behind your word and your insurance. My precious baby went blind from cataracs caused by diabetes. This all happened very quickly.
