There were no problems claims are being processed much quicker now which is good.... I just wish the deductible wasn't so high for my pet but other than that I have no problem with the pet insurance thank you 🐾🐾

Good as always
As always my claims were processed speedily and fairly. The only thing that would have made it better is if they would accept a prescription diet as being essential to the treatment of my girl's colitis, gastrointestinal and allergy issues and cover that. As my vet put it, food is medicine.

Nalas crazy night of seizures
Nala had 9 seizures in less than 24 hrs. I took her to emergency vet. and she was treated immediately.Fetch also immediately handled their part,all I had to do was submit her medical documents and I was reimbursed in less than a week. I have Fetch for my 3 cats
I have Fetch for my 3 cats, only one of which has been my problem kitty. Fetch had paid my claims in a very timely manner, very often the week after my claim has been submitted. They’re also great with communicating where your claim is as far as being reviewed. The premium on 2 of my cats has decreased as I haven’t had to file, and the one I have for a few issues has increased, but that is to be expected. I will never have a pet without insurance, and Fetch had been great with handling all of my claims.
