Other than the fact that the policy does not cover exam fees, it is quite comparable to other policies. I like the fact that there is no limit to the amount of annual coverage.

Healthy Paws paid for pup's hip surgery
When we first adopted our pup 2 years ago, we debated if pet insurance is worth the cost. In the end, we decided to do it, and I'm so glad we did. While our dog was young and healthy when we adopted her, we couldn't have possibly predicted all her healthcare needs, which included a parasite, an esophageal issue, eyelid surgery, severe allergies.. and most recently, a hip replacement surgery. In every case, the claims process has been so quick and easy, and payment came within days. It is such a relief to be able to make decisions for my pup just based on what is best for her, not having to worry about the cost. I know that her quality of life is so much better because of it! And it gives me peace of mind as well, knowing that we can care for her no matter what comes up.
