1st time claim successful
My 11 month old puppy went lame on both front legs After seeing the vet and meds X-rays and a CT under sedation was needed. I called and was given the policy details and easiest way to process a claim. Everything was done with a quick payment.

Not what I signed up for explained wrong
I’m disappointed. When I chose Trupanion, the way the lady who helped me set it up said I’d have a $300.00 deductible per year. I have submitted claims for a few different things and it seems that each thing has a deductible? I don’t understand this at all. I have submitted for paw problem, ear infection, UTI etc. I’ve definitely met the 300.00 but the paperwork put it towards different problems. This is not right. I have actually been looking into a different insurance now because I feel Trupanion has definitely steered me wrong. Very upset
