Just an awful experience dealing with Sonnet. All I want to do is update my address on my policy - but because they don't do anything on the phone - I have to wait for week-long delays on responses to an email. When I update my address it cancels the policy. But I was told in the chat I can update the address on policy without canceling? Tried that method and also canceled the policy. It's one of those things - I'm just tired and don't want to spend the time trying to get a hold of a human being.
