My 2 1/2 year old Bull Terrier went to the ER. She had been vomiting the whole morning and my vet was concerned she may have a blockage. My dogs are my world and having Trupanion is a huge relief. My veterinary offered to submit the claim for me so I wouldn’t have to. My claim was reviewed and approved in about 2 1/2 hours and reimbursement for the portion covered was directly deposited back into my bank account in less than 24 hours. Yes, it’s a little expensive but any Bull Terrier owner knows these little crazy clowns love to scare the pants off of us. ER visits go hand in hand with these guys. This is the first time I’ve had pet insurance for my babies and from now on I will always have it. Thank you for handling my claim with ease

I didn't realize there was a deductible…
I didn't realize there was a deductible so my expectation of coverage was a lot more than what was actually covered. It could be my bad for not reading the fine lines. However overall it was easy as Trupanion paid my vet directly and I just paid the balance.

I was sent this review survey before ever leveraging the benefits so I cannot rate it yet. I still am also pending my coverage confirmation although I signed up yesterday. That process is pretty slow.

We would not currently have the option of a little more time with our sweet pup without Trupanion.
We would not currently have the option of a little more time with our sweet pup without Trupanion. We would have to let him go within a few days without this insurance, and we can now expect (hopefully) an extra 3-6 months before we have to let him go to that bridge to wait for us. Thank you.
