I can't find a vet and when I did they didn't take insurance so I had to pay and wait to send in my claim

Not worth the money
Not worth the money. I have 2 older dogs that have been insured with Trupanion for years. My annual premiums are about to go up to more than $2500 and their claims adjusters figure out how to make everything a pre-existing condition so they can deny the claims. The company used to provide much better service before being sold. And now I see I can't submit this review on fb without providing Trustpilot with access to my contacts. No thanks.

Great experience with insurance for our 9 year old Jack Russel Chihuahua mix. She’s been recently diagnosed with a chronic condition and had multiple acute concerns as well. Pets Best quickly processed the claim and reimbursed significant amount. Highly recommend!
