Best Insurance Company Ever!
Lemonade insurance is by far the best insurance I have ever had! I started with their renter's insurance and I was so happy with their customer service and their turnaround time for claims., that when the Pet Insurance became available, I knew I had to switch over and add it to my insurance bundle. My dog became very ill one night where we had to take him to the emergency hospital after-hours. The veterinarians had to do an exam, run blood work, use the x-ray machine twice (once initially and once for a follow-up), give him medications, an IV, and so much more. It was obviously a stressful situation with my poor pup but I felt comforted knowing that I was backed up by Lemonade's Pet Insurance. Once I filed my claim, I just needed to provide the medical summary and the invoice that was provided to me from the animal hospital. My claim was approved and the money was in my account 48 hours later. I only had to pay my deductible and the exam, which is not covered (but that is transparent in covered policy document they provide you when signing up). I have had other Pet Insurance companies and their customer service and resolution time takes much longer, with coverages not being transparent so you have to pay much more out of pocket. Lemonade's monthly rates are very competitive and their customer service is superb. I 100% recommend using this insurance company.

This company completely ignored me after a claim had been filed. I was in desperate need for coverage and assistance and I got neither.Offered no help what so ever. I paid for everything out of my pocket. Do not pay this pathetic company.

Great Customer Service
This was my girl's first covered claim. Trupanion representatives walked me through it online and on the phone. Covered items are fair. I would absolutely recommend Trupanion to any pet owner. These days it's rare to deal with responsive customer service representatives promptly and in person.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws
We purchased a Healthy Paws policy when our dog was a puppy, and we have been extremely satisfied with the policy and the service. The company is clear what they will cover, and I have never had them argue a reimbursement. In fact, our dog recently had major leg surgery, and they covered it and sent us a reimbursement within 2 days of our claim submission! They are very easy to use with either the computer or the mobile app, and everything is taken care of quickly with automatic deposit.
