I was shopping for new insurance after cancelling with Fetchpet for misleading information, Furkin answered all my questions I had and had better coverage than Fetchpet.

Because of your excellent response time in processing the first claim I've submitted that went beyond my deductible. After years of paying my premiums, I had to submit a claim following a very difficult, and expensive, experience at an emergency hospital, and my claim was quickly processed and my payment was deposited within about 3 days. So thank you.
