If you have ever considered health insurance for your pets, this is the place to be. The people are genuinely interested in my pets and are always more than eager to help when I call. Trupanion was extremely quick to respond on the one occasion I did need to file a claim.

We have been Blessed to have this insurance for all of our pet's needs. We have 2 Blue Heeler mixes and 1 of them we've had a whirlwind of medical needs within less than 6 months. They've helped us tremendously and continue to help.

Trupanion isn’t the answer
Everyone is great but as far as what’s covered I’ve learned that Trupanion isn’t covering anything for my pet. I’ve had the policy for a year spending over almost $2000 and haven’t had anything covered. So I’m going to cancel my policy. Yes it has to do with the age of your pet and anything that was pre-existing so for me Trupanion isn’t the answer. I’ve had other insurance years ago for another pet and at least they covered more than Trupanion.

I would like to take a minute and thank Trupanion from the bottom of my heart. They have always been there for us and our babies. No questions asked. Our rescue little boy Blu is the 2nd baby we have had to use them for and they are truly the best you could ever ask for when it comes to pet insurance. I tell everyone I know about them when asked about pet insurance and even when not. I honestly dont know what I would do without you. So thank you again.
