I have a high deductible plan, and have had the insurance for a number of years without a claim. Now that my boy is 14, I have unfortunately had to use it a number of times this year. I am completely satisfied with the claims process, and am thankful for the help in paying the expenses!

Exceptional company!
I've had trupanion for 10 years now. I used them for the 1st time last year when my dog tore her ACL. When I called to ask them for assistance they handled it seamlessly with courtesy and I really appreciated them answering my questions. The rep was very knowledgable and started my claim for me. They paid the vet directly so other than my deductible and small fees, nothing was out of pocket and waiting for reimbursement!! Now, my poor pup tore her other ACL. When I called to make sure it was covered, they said yes and the process is the same!! While I await her 2nd surgery, I know they've got her covered! Highly recommend!!

Monica was excellent! She was so thorough and answered all of my questions. This is my first time signing up for pet insurance so it was overwhelming but I feel rest assured after my conversation with her and I’m thrilled to have prudent insurance for my dog!
