Lengthy Timeline for Claim Reimbursement
The insurance is okay but they take a very long time to process claims. In addition, seems like much of what you would think to be covered is not. They take a long time to tell you if additional paperwork is needed from your vet which then delays your reimbursement (if they decide to return anything). You do not have an area on the website, where you have itemized, in the aggregate, details of your coverage, deductible balance, copay payments, etc. The customer service and 24/7 access to a vet tech is good though.

I purchased the accident/illness and wellness policies, and it was so easy and straight to the point. I haven't used it yet, but I feel at ease that my 10 month-old cat is protected. Hopefully, when I do file a claim it will be just as smooth.
