A company cheating customers and never provide the real coverage
This is a really terrible company and never worth it. My cat had the urinate disease, got the surgery, followed by medical care. It spent me ~$3500 dollars. However, they completed the claim and stated it as "Professional service". Then reimbursed me $14.4. It is ridiculous. I encourage everyone to not consider this company. This is horrible!!!
