Can't/won't process a claim
Terrible service, inefficient and dysfunctional website, fails to resolve issues and constantly promises claims are being processed. They're either frauds or idiots, stay away from Pumpkin Pet Insurance.

I researched several pet insurance policies and decided on Pets Best because the premiums were reasonable and they offer a variety of plans. I submitted two claims recently after my pet was ill. The claims were processed promptly and the checks are in the mail. I am very pleased with Pets Best!!

Cat had to be taken to emergency vet
My cat had a mass on her chest and having just moved to a new town I could not get a regular vet appointment. So I had to take her to the emergency vet to have it looked at. It turned out to be an infected abcess that had to be opened up & drained creating a substantial bill. The submission to Pets Best was easy and claim paid with no fuss.
