I had filed a claim incorrectly
I had filed a claim incorrectly. I thought it would take a while to resolve the issue. I had to reopen the claim then from there it went swiftly. The gentleman who handled the claim called me and emailed me with updates. I appreciated all he did.

They deserve no stars
They deserve no stars! My 93 yr old mother has had her 15 yr old Yorkie insured through Trupanion for several years. She has never filed a claim. I brought her dog to a veterinary hospital because she either had a blockage or was constipated. It was determined that she was constipated. They had to put oxygen on her while she was there. Trupanion has now deemed this two separate illnesses and she is being charged two deductibles. Disgraceful!!! I’ll be dropping them for my own pets.

Listening means so much
I made the mistake in opening a plan at Banfield pet hospital not knowing that I could not get out of it. However once I looked at the difference an compared what I was getting through ASPCA I'm very grateful that I have them and I wish I could cancel Banfield!⁹ The support calls from ASPCA AND KNOWING THAT THEY ARE THERE LISTENING MEANS SO MUCH!!!
