Great Benefits and Perks!
I reviewed many pet insurances but settled on Many Pets. We felt that they we’re a caring pet company. They offer many important perks and I suggest anyone looking for insurance review their site. Glad we did. Very reasonable too!

FIGO is a great insurance company
FIGO is a great insurance company. That is a difficult statement for me to make since I have been a trial lawyer for over 40 years and have dealt with insurance companies in a variety of situations. The thing that sets FIGO apart is the quick processing and personal communication. My dog Zoey recently had what is called a TPLO surgical procedure because she tore her cruciate ligament. As soon as the surgery was completed, the various bills were sent to the insurance company. They were processed in short order without haggling or argument. While the injury, surgery and rehab were definitely not pleasant, our dealings with Figo were exceptional. Alfred L.

I’ve been a customer for 3 years without much need for insurance. Then my rescue Corgi jumped off a bed and tore her ACL. Embrace acted quickly on surgery pre-certification and approving invoices, with checks following immediately. Great service and support.

The BEST investment we ever made was getting Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for our pup! He recently tore his CCL and needed a VERY EXPENSIVE and extensive surgical repair. We did't worry about the cost because we knew Healthy Paws would cover 90%! We simply submitted the bill electronically and within a few days, our refund was direct deposited into our account! So simple and so reliable! Every pet deserves great care and Healthy Paws Pet Insurance will give you the ability to do so! Highly recommend them!!

TRUPANION IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
TRUPANION IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! This is an updated review of Trupanion. I agree with some of the negative reviews here describing this process as frustrating and seemingly a scam - and in fact, wrote a not-so-positive review of my own back in May-June. HOWEVER, I have to say that ultimately, Trupanion is amazing and very responsive. After many many years of full coverage for my 2 dogs, I never really got anything back since they were healthy without any significant issues so I never met my deductibles. I lost one of my babies last year, and Trupanion did cover some of his alternative treatments, but never had a chance for anything more significant before he passed away. Recently, my girl had a major emergency and illness with multiple hospital stays. Initially, Trupanion refused to reimburse for any of the charges because they separated her single condition (Cholangiohepatitis) into 6 different conditions, all with individual $1,000 deductibles. I was furious, even after speaking with several representatives. However, my veterinarian reached out and helped them understand that all of my dog’s issues were a single condition - and Trupanion eventually paid 90% of almost everything! I could not be happier with Trupanion, and have renewed respect and gratitude for all they have done to help me get my best friend back to good again (without becoming homeless). Trupanion has continued to come through for us, reimbursing for follow up appointments, imaging studies, labs, Rxs and even Rx food as my baby has slowly recovered over the past couple months. This is what I will say - do your work, keep up with the invoices/dates/charges and have your vet call or write a synopsis if you are having trouble getting through the process - because I promise that these people WILL listen and will do everything within reason to honor your policy, whatever it may be. It does require a little work on your part to submit everything, but it’s worth it because as long as your policy covers the charges - Trupanion will reimburse you. Reimbursement is within 24-48hrs or even at the time of your appointment if you choose this option so this is also fantastic. This is a really great insurance company and I have already convinced 3 of my colleagues to sign up with Trupanion in the past month👍🏼 Maybe a little more expensive than some of their competitors, but from what I have experienced - WORTH IT! Trupanion paid fir services up front without me having to pay. I like the fact they work with our vet in getting estimated and final cost approved before my dog gets any service done. It's very helpful especially when I don't make alot of money. And at the end I don't get to pay out of my picket first
