Trupanion is the BEST!

I have been with Trupanion for 11 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The claim process is easy and fast (I got reimbursed the next day... fast). The customer service is incredible and I honestly couldn't be happier. They have helped me take care of my dog and that's all that matters!

Well done!

I have been very happy with Trupanion’s response. I realize whe no I file that deductible has not been met but when it has they have been quick to respond with a check. Insurance is for the unexpected, not for maintenance and a reliable insurance company is a plus.
