We have been Trupanion customers for almost 9 years.

We have been Trupanion customers for almost 9 years. I really appreciate the responsiveness and kindness of the Trupanion team every time I reach out. The reason that I don't give it a 10/10 is because SO much of the care/treatments that my generally healthy dog needs is excluded from the plan (and it's not due to his age, I signed up when he was 8 weeks old). I wish standard preventative/wellness coverage was included, I'd easily pay more per month to have his insurance be wholistic. But when something big does happen I appreciate the clear-cut information that is available, and the quick turnaround on claims and how kind and helpful all of the representatives are.
