They helped so much when we needed it
We just had to put our sweet English bulldog down, he was in emergency for two nights on oxygen before we made the call. It was an extremely expensive bill and a very tough time for our family. Trupanion covered a very large portion of our final bill and the process was very quick and seamless. The last thing we wanted to be worrying about was money at that time and we were so appreciative of the turnaround time.

Not the worst but could be better
Overall, there hasn't been any major problems or headaches but to have any form of affordability would mean the dedcutable would need to be at least $500. With that in mind and the fact that a lot of stuff isnt covered, so far i feel like i am just throwing money away every month even though I have sent over about 5 invoices over the last 2 years.
