Avoid at all costs...they are scammers
The worst company ever to deal with, we cancelled and over a year later I get a letter from a collection agency saying we owed a $143 and after contacting them they claimed they sent us all kinds of emails, that never happened...what a scam and they refused to assist in trying to sort this out and said deal with the collection agency

I had a billing payment problem which…
I had a billing payment problem which turned out to be my issue. I was sending my payment to the wrong address. I spoke with three agents, all of whom worked very hard to come up with a solution. No one understood why they had not received the check, but all did everything they could to figure out the problem. I did not write down the first agent’s name, but I wrote down Jeanae and Amanda. All of them were personable and professional, giving me everything they had to offer. Between all of us, the source of the problem was found, and I provided a new address for my bank. Good people all. Thanks.

Our 2 1/2 year old dog Jack got sick…
Our 2 1/2 year old dog Jack got sick last month and the vet said it was pancreatitis. It didn't take a day for the bill to climb to almost $1000. I had no issues at all getting reimbursed (less my deductables etc.) by Fetch- they put the $$ in my account. Very pleased with turnaround time. Jack has a special diet now, and very healthy!

This insurance is the best pet…
This insurance is the best pet insurance out there. I never thought I would need it and two teachers at my school recommended the same pet insurance and didn’t even realize it. I got it and thought I would never use it. Only a few months having it my dog ended up eating a plastic toy he couldn’t pass naturally. We weren’t sure what it was at first. Went to emergency rooms after emergency rooms and 1,000$ here 1,000there 900$ X-ray I was tired and cryin every day. Finally went to one hospital in Carle place by who did the surgery. I thought Fetch would never refund me since I didn’t have it that long,but I was absolutely wrong. The refunded my account the percentage that was in the contract. The online claims site is easily to use and my money was in my account quickly within days. Fetch I can honestly say during these times when everything is going up and prices are so high I am truly grateful for what you guys did.

Never again
Had this insurance for seven years. My last experience was a big disappointment that I cannot recommend this company. My beloved golden doodle became severely sick and was taken to an animal emergency room. Unfortunately they were not able to save her. After I sent in the bill nothing was covered. I would imagine the exam cost and lab work in the ER should be covered right? Nope. I’m too heart broken to make phone calls to fight for it. One the reviewer was spot on when he said that they would try to always deny your claims. Update: after this was posted, I did make a phone call to cancel my policy since my email to info at healthypaws was unanswered. The very nice lady from customer support did explain that the zero coverage was a result of a duplicate claim and that I should be receiving some reimbursement.
