Helpful, listens, friendly, loves pets
1st lady wasn't sure on a few things, guessed on some, & then disappeared. I recalled & got a great guy who answered all my questions. A couple he didn't know so he asked someone else there to double check. We talked for awhile. I felt like he listened & cared about dogs & things I like to do with mine. I figured that trupanion must be like chewy & cares extra for pets so I signed up
