Brodieâs first claims with Trupanion
The only thing I wasnât sure about was if my claim would be covered. It took a few days before I knew, however I am new to Trupanion & they needed to review my claim further. Which I can understand.

I’ve been with Pet’s Best since 2018
I’ve been with Pet’s Best since 2018. Two dogs are covered. It’s worth every penny. Insurance is a MUST and I’m lucky to have found them after a lot of research. They literally encourage me to get the treatment I need for my dogs despite my guilt in what it costs. Their 24/7 Whisker’s Help Line has been useful for medical advice as well. Their app is helpful and makes everything easy to submit and keep track of. Since COVID, it has taken a bit longer to get paid but that’s post COVID life I guess.

Luxating Patella
Teddy injured his patella and needed surgery, I paid the vet and Pet's Best reimbursed me for everything they should have, no questions asked and very quickly. His surgery was in late June, I was reimbursed in early August. They are very affordable and putting in a claim is as easy as snapping a photo of the bill and uploading it to their website, they handle the rest!

PetsBest is good insurance. My dog is now 13 years old and I bring her to the vet often for a chronic condition so the insurance is definitely coming in handy.
