Overall great customer service over the phone, service was very quick, easy, and convenient. Sonnet offers a great online service with affordable plans. We had a few questions about the plan we were unsure of however customer service provided helpful feedback and gave us the trust to move ahead with the plan. Service was very quick and easy, we were able to insure our car immediately. Great Experience!

They increased my rate more than DOUBLE for no extra coverage
Figo was great at first for the first two years. Now suddenly my renewed policy increased in price more than DOUBLE what it was last year. With no warning in the mail or by email. All they did was send an alert in the app which I don’t check regularly because I barely go in the app since my dog is thankfully very healthy. The only solution they offered me was to change my plan for less coverage. Why on earth would I do that when I can switch company’s and get the same or more coverage for a lesser price. I convinced my family and friends to get figo for their price and I now had to warn them to switch before they get ripped off like I did.

You guys never let me down. Vet bills are always stressful, but it helps so much knowing claims are easy to make. I’ve had to make several claims and each time I get quick approval with the latest surgery being no different from biopsy to removal. The direct deposit payouts help so much. Thanks!
