I have had this policy since our puppy…
I have had this policy since our puppy was 8 weeks old. He had surgery on Monday and now it is “preexisting”. Never was told he had this problem in the past. 3400$ later they want to deny. I would not use them

We got this insurance 7 months ago
We got this insurance 7 months ago, and our 4 year old morkie tore her ACL while we were on vacation in another state. They didn’t question anything and have been fantastic taking care of all the claims related to this. I don’t know what we would of done if we didn’t have them for insurance. I strongly recommend them to anyone with a pet.
