I haven't submitted a claim yet, so I can't rate on reimbursement. The insurance does cover a lot of things. Time will tell. I also would have liked if they had an insurance card. I know we pay up front and then submit the claims to ASPC Pet Health Insurance, but, it would have been nice to have a card for my wallet.

Only giving 2stars because their costumer service is quick at responding.. I sent in an invoice I didn’t get anything covered. I got the best coverage for my cat. From the way they advertise makes it sound like everything is covered.. but nothing gets covered unless it’s an “ un expected emergency “ which is BS. I’m canceling insurance with them. For $50+ a month definitely not worth it. And they don’t cover full either. Still get deductions. I didn’t have a good experience with Trupanion.
