Trupanion has been extremely easy to make claims and receive reimbursements. Plus, my vet's front office staff can usually process the claim with Trupanion and get my reimbursement paid before I leave the clinic! Super easy and convenient. The woman I spoke with really knew what she was doing.
The woman I spoke with really knew what she was doing. She found my account number and was able to tell me about the emergency clinic we were on our way to. I will need to get reimbursed for those servces now, But our dog, Gracie will be ok. Thank you! PS she was very friendly too!
