Deductible Problem
All in all things went fine except that the issue my dog had has been ongoing since he was a puppy. I was told that because the last time he saw a vet for this issue was 2017 as the reason why i had to pay a deductible. This is because i know how to treat him at home. I saved myself money and didnt file claim which save trupanion money. I feel i should not have had to pay the deductible since this has been an ongoing issue with my dog.
