Absolutely True Story
I purchased my Fetch plan a few years ago. Recently my 5 yr. old Golden Retriever started acting funny. She stopped eating and drinking. After a few days, she curled up in ball and just laid there not moving. We had to carry her to the car to get her to the vet. We took her to our regular vet. No help. We took her to an emergency animal hospital. No help. Finally, we took her to a specialist about an hour from our house. At this point I had accrued about $1,000 in vet bills. But the big shock was about to come. The vet specialist showed me an estimate of just over $6,000 for her treatment. Having Fetch I knew that I had coverage for her. But I will be honest, I never tried to use it before. So I was a little nervous. Would they actually pay? I was about to find out. I authorized the treatment and hoped for the best. My dog turned out fine. She is as good as new. Following her treatment, I submitted all of my bills to Fetch. It was soooo easy. Done right on line. I was responsible for a $300 deductible and a 20% co-payment. In less than two weeks I receive a check for about $5,300. And even better yet. The amount was directly deposited into my checking account and I was able to quickly pay off the money I had to borrow for my dog's treatment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FETCH. I HOPE YOU NEVER NEED IT. BUT IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU HAVE IT!!!

I found working with Figo very easy and…
I found working with Figo very easy and the employees very helpful and responsive. My one issue is privacy. We did not want our animals names and the city they lived in and their picture to be viewed by the public. We wanted their names and the pictures just to be viewed by Figo for identification purposes in case they were lost. With that in mind, we never posted their pictures. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Too many treatments not applied to deductible.
I have always had pet insurance mainly for a large accident/condition that may occur. Too many things that a pet may experience are not covered. Therefore it's very difficult to get to your deductible.

Trupanion has been nothing short of amazing! I am so happy I chose them for my dogs insurance. I have an almost 3 year old German shepherd. I’ve had him covered since he first came home to me at 8 weeks. My last dog passed away tragically from a heart attack (DCM) and I did not have him insured so I wanted to make sure I would be prepared this time in case of any emergency’s. My current dog got diagnosed with elbow dysplasia (un United anconceal process) and trupanion was there for me from the very beginning. They payed out 90% of the surgery costs and payed it directly to the vet. I’m so impressed with how smoothly the experience went… my dog is recovering from surgery and doing well. Having the comfort knowing that trupanion is there, makes owning a dog all the more comforting! I would highly suggest getting your dog insured threw them. Thanks for everything!

I have had my Boxer in for numerous appointments over the past month trying to figure out why she's not feeling well which is costly so I called Fetch just to verify that things would be covered and I was assured they would be but I wasn't confident until I got my first reimbursement then every claim afterwards was reimbursed without hesitation and fast, this is the first time I've needed to use my insurance since taking it out 6 years ago but they certainly stepped up to the plate for me. My puppy needed to go to the emergency room 2 days after his Fetch policy kicked in- I'm so happy I got the coverage! This puppy is only 6 months old and we've had to use Fetch a few times. The reimbursements have always been fair and prompt!
