My furbaby
My furbaby, "Finn" was just diagnosed with Cushings and High Liver Enzymes, I sent in the receipts and Doctor's notes on his conditions with test results. I had no issues with getting reimbursed for my funds. The first claim took a little longer to get back, but that was to be expected, but since then it has been very fast.

Great Service
I had a claim that had to be reprocessed due to it being processed as illness but should have been wellness. I contacted claims and explained that their wellness visit had been divided into two visits due to cost. I have two female toy poodles and it can be costly, They understood and reprocessed the claims promptly.

Love the plan…app fail in comparison to HealthyPaw
Not feeling the app available and turn around for getting account number not as fast as some other pet insurance company like Healthpaw, but better plan and peace of mind your pet will have good care of illness and an accident were to happen. Pretty competitive price when compared to many other companies and what I like was option of preventative care plan. I am happy with my pet policy (I also opted for preventative care package) I got, but app and initial customer welcome and account set up could be better.

Very impressed!
My dog had emergency abdominal surgery with loads of lab’s, X-rays, hospitalization, etc. Very impressed with the speed of processing my claims and how quickly the payment was deposited into my checking account. Customer service is outstanding. Well worth the very reasonable monthly premiums.

Terrible service
Terrible service, I had to pay 3K for my dog's surgery. 0% of coverage, worst decision ever, I prefer not to have pet insurance no more, no worthy.

Not happy with ASPCA insurance at all!
They do a good job honoring claims until you meet the deductible. Then they require "additional information" on the claims. They have asked for information that isn't even available and that was explained. After that, they increased the rate by about 25%. It is better to open a savings account instead of paying for insurance that doesn't want to honor their commitment.
