Because when I submitted an invoice for what my veterinarian told you was an infection in the lip fold you said no it was an allergy and would not take it as part of a deductible. Fortunately my vet was right and the infection, after treatment, cleared up. But what if it had been a more serious reoccurring condition. Without seeing the infection or believing a colleague your vets wrongly diagnosed a problem. All I was asking for was for this infection to be credited to my deducible.
