Trupanion has been great to work with. Their online portal is user friendly and makes submitting a claim simple. Their review is quick and they give plenty of updates both through email and text. Customer service is also very responsive. I feel like my pets are cared for through Trupanion.

They were right on time reimbursing me and there were no admin fees. I would definitely recommend them for pet protection.
