Very active puppy
We have a puppy who gets into everything. On a Saturday a pill was accidently dropped on the floor and before we could pick it up he ate it. Turned out it was toxic to dogs. Had to take him to an emergency vet where they kept him overnight on IV's. Filed a claim and we were reimbursed minus the copay and 20% within 2 weeks.

so far Fetch has been great

Puppy Needed Emergency Surgery
My puppy got into something and we had no idea. When she started vomiting, we had peace of mind knowing that we could bring her to the ER, and we had Fetch to lean on. It turned out that she needed emergency surgery to remove a foreign body. We submitted the claim to Fetch and within two weeks we were reimbursed our full amount (minus our deductible and co-insurance which was expected). Fetch has allowed us get the very best care for our puppy, without needing to make tough financial decisions.

Disappointed
I am not very happy with the experience I've had with spots so far you advertise quick reimbursements I don't feel that this is true I filed my first claim on July 19th of 2022 I am still waiting for my check from that
