Our experience as a new policy holder.
We have just signed up for pet insurance with Trupanion and although we have had no claim experience yet, everything about their interaction with us has been transparent and on point. Hopefully we will not need to make any claims, but if we do, I’m sure Trupanion will be there for us and our Cooper.

Smooth and easy claim process
Smooth and easy claim process. I can do everything on my phone. The claim gets processed within a week. It’s so great to have the insurance as my back, I can focus on my pet’s health care, instead of being stressed out about the financial part or making a life/death decision prematurely. I can maintain and improve my pet’s quality of life as he has improved mine.

After a great amount of time spent doing research on pet insurance, I felt confident that Many Pets was the right choice for my two Pugs. Each and every time I called Many Pets I experienced a pleasant and knowledgeable representative who answered my many questions. Vacation Nightmare Turned Dream with SPOT
Went on a three-day vacation and my dog got very sick the first night! Turns out...he had eaten a rock before we had left home. We had to find an emergency vet at 2AM in a town we were not familiar with. Paid for an emergency surgery, and the overnight and 24 hour observation post surgery. We submitted a claim to SPOT a couple days later. Within a week, SPOT had reimbursed me the 90% minus my deductible. Even better, they had deposited the money into my account!! Great service especially during a time with a new vet, out of town and out of our minds!! SPOT gave us complete and total peace of mind!

I just rescued a puppy a few months ago…
I just rescued a puppy a few months ago and decided to give spot a chance. I have a great policy and they are the best. I took my little one to the vet and put in a claim, they were very fast at filling that claim. I already got my refund back. They are a super company for your wonderful furry friends. Would recommend this company highly, keep up the great work spot.

Poor claim reimbursement to the owner
Still have yet to get reimbursed for the past claims that I've submitted. They sent the reimbursement checks to the vet clinic instead of to me even though it was marked on the claim form to reimburse me the owner. They sure don't mind taking their monthly premium out of our checking account every month but she to have a hard time reimbursing people. Won't recommend to anyone

Honestly the WORST experience with Fetch
Honestly, loosing your fur baby is a painful experience, but dealing with Fetch from day one that I submitted my claims has been nothing but road blocks. Do not waste your money in buying pet insurance, they’re not going to pay you a penny. You submit your claim and it’s like, “from your doctor visit on 12/25/19, we need to see the Dr.’s notes” they just make up dates to delay. No, there was no exam on 12/25/19 that was Christmas Day and the office does not open on Christmas Day. And you ask a question about something and you can’t talk to a human being, it’s all cold hard texts. Waste of money.
