They take 2 months to review claim even…
Be careful with this insurance charging thousands of dollars with your credit cards.They use preexisting condition to deny almost every claim. You will be stuck paying this bill for years to come. We got sick of their misleadingly confusing reason to deny almost all claims that we canceled then a week after our dog got sick & bills closed to $8K so they dodged another claim to deny to pay. We tried to give it another chance thinking maybe some will get covered. In the almost 2 years I’ve been with this insurance they never paid any of my claims. We took our dog 2 months ago to the ER & submitted the claim $3k & took 2 months as usual it’s denied. They take 2 months to review claim even through all the records are all provided only to deny.

I am new to Pets Best so i havn't used…
I am new to Pets Best so i havn't used it yet, just reading the reviews here ....I adopted my dog back in Dec. of 2021. He is 7 years old an I got the accident only for him so far. He is a small mixed Chi dog an is only 6 pounds. I was glad they offered accident only for him because he has no teeth so i don't have need of any of the other insurance parts. He had a check up when i got him an he is in good health. I really don't believe in all those vaccines etc. for him as he is to little an they would make him sick so i am very careful what i give him . But ya never know about accidents they happen so i am glad they offered that. He also sees a chiropracter an is doing well. Hope it works out for us. I will write another review if anything happens to let everyone know how we did. God Bless to all pets an pet parents.....Happy to be a part of this an pray it works out for us. He is a good boy an we are doing well together....:-)

Spot pet insurance is amazing
Spot pet insurance is amazing! When the unexpected arises , having this insurance is simply peace of mind! Of course we would love to believe there will never be an emergency or an unexpected event but, life happens! Knowing that your fur child is covered is very comforting. Spot covered my previous dog and I wouldn't ever be without it, my current pup had some eye issues that called for a specialist , that's a little pricey outside of the vet , it was comforting to know I could go with less worry about the financial end and get him taken care if! Spot is very fast and accurate with reimbursement!Thank you!

Don’t sign up for the Wellness extra…
Don’t sign up for the Wellness extra they barely pay anything out and it’s pretty much a one and done the first time you get your wellness checks during the year. Lots of lures to make it sound good but it’s a dud.

We had a recent acute illness for our young cat. It was a comfort to know we had signed up for Health Paws. They paid everything promptly and they even reached out with a personal contact to check in on our fur baby. I highly recommend them to anyone who is an "all in" pet parent.

Awesome!! Claims are processed quickly and reimbursements are fast as well. Inclusions/exclusions are clearly stated. My plan is exactly what i signed up for. Nothing questioned so far. Overall, my coverage has been terrific.
