I'm very happy with your service.
I'm very happy with your service. Trupanion processes the claim in no more than 2 days. The fact that you can do it online and have direct deposit makes it easier for you. I took my dog to an Animal Hospital and they processed the claim for me, and trupanion was able to send an estimate right away. I had to put my dog to sleep but I will definitely insure my future pet with Trupanion. Thank you so much for all your help!

Hannah was efficient and excellent. In fact, all of our experiences with Trupanion staff and our policy coverage (over a decade, now!) has always been exemplary. You guys rock. Please give Hannah a massive thank you (all of you, really) and a free coffee or something for such a great experience. Seriously, one of our little guys had an undiagnosed severe heart defect that we didn't find until he was almost a senior (3 or so years ago, now). He's been on medication every day sincd that is keeping it from getting worse, maintaining his excellent quality of life, and extending the time we get to have with him. The medication alone is very expensive, as are the bi-yearly echos and cardiologist visits. Without Trupanion, we'd never have been able to afford it. So from us, his humans, his sister Penny, and Dobby himself, thank you guys for being there (and continuing to be) when we needed you most.
