Unhappy with recent changes
I left a glowing review in September because I had been a happy customer for 4 years. They covered two major surgeries without any hassles and the reimbursement process was surprisingly easy. It seems they have made changes to the reimbursement process and my last two claims have been held up by the need for more records, even though I am only submitting receipts for medications used to treat a known covered condition. It used to be a seamless process but this is no longer the case and I have to amend my review as a result

Wonderful Experience with Embrace!
My older cat (15) recently was diagnosed with Acute Pancreatitis. Submitting the claims via the app was very fast and easy and after my deductible was met, every claim has been paid without issue. This is a wonderful company. Due to this experience, I recently added my younger cat to the policy. Can't recommend Embrace more highly!!

After 1 Year with Figo
I picked Figo because I get 5% off through work as one of my benefits so it was the most affordable option for me. Figo has been very easy to use so far (been using for 1 year). Its easy to make a claim via the app. My claims have been processed quickly and the amount I've gotten back has been what I expected based on my coverage. I added the wellness plus to my plan and it's been worth it value-wise so far.
