I am so impressed with Trupanion
I am so impressed with Trupanion. My kitty got diagnosed with a rare and scary infection. Using the app, I took a pic of his (substantial) invoice late at night. They paid the vet first thing in the morning. Customer service reps are always SO nice and helpful and there is no wait time. Having a deathly ill pet is a really scary experience, and knowing Trupanion is there to support the costs is such a relief. I felt comfortable transferring him to a top-notch animal hospital where he got the right care. He almost died, but now he can come home. Thank you Trupanion.

SPOT saved my dog!
Got a Spot policy for my Beau after seeing a friend go through a tough experience after her dog got sick and THANK GOD I did!! Just a few weeks after getting him covered Beau consumed an entire chicken (bones and all!!). His surgery ended up costing a whopping $4k but I got 80% of that back. Insuring with Healthy Paws was a great decision!
I had hoped never to test out the insurance I purchased from Healthy Paws but unfortunately, I had to during the week of Thanksgiving. My dog was very sick and ended up in the hospital with pancreatitis for most of 4 days. It was actually very scary, he was not getting any better, nothing seemed to be working, but the hospital kept trying. Thankfully on the 4th day, he was suddenly so much better I was able to bring him home and he is doing well. I was pretty concerned about the bills, but when I submitted the claims (which was amazingly simple) they paid for everything that qualified, which was mostly all the charges. And the turnaround was remarkably fast. I am so grateful for Healthy Paws and highly recommend them!

Trupanion is amazing.
Trupanion is amazing. I filed a claim with Trupanion and thought it would be a long process with a lot of paperwork and phone calls. That was not the case. I answered a few questions, sent them the paperwork from the veterinarian and that was all I needed to do. I received an email less than 48 hours later letting me know my claim was completed and I would be receiving my claim payment directly into my bank account. Thank you Trupanion for being there for us during a difficult time that turned out well.
