Don’t get this pet insurance
Don’t get this pet insurance. First of all the claims take FOREVER, they told me to email my vet for the invoices but even when I reached out to my vet and had them send the information immediately, they still took over a month. The customer service is via phone, they’ll put you on hold and then the agent never seems to know anything and is always super vague and unhelpful. I asked why my payment was higher than the quote they’re giving now for the exact same pet and benefits and nobody could explain it or fix it. She went through and compared the plan to my plan and pet and they were the exact same, which she agreed shouldn’t be the case, but then also said there was nobody I could reach out to and nothing I could do. She just said to cancel the policy and get it again with the new quote but that I’d have to do the waiting period and my last ER visit where my pet was diagnosed with nothing would be considered preexisting condition. How does any of that make sense?? Such an awful experience it all just seems shady

While I know the pet industry has grown 10 fold over the past couple of years and Pets Best is ramping up its claims and customers teams to make themselves the best in the business. I was not disappointed in the turn around time for my claim. I know they are doing their best and things will get better. Hats off to the team for making a difference. Thank you

The benefits outweigh the costs
The benefits outweigh the costs. Both of my dogs are insured. My 10 year old dog has never really needed it, but it’s nice to have that protection if needed. Meanwhile, my now 4 year old dog has a ton of issues. His allergy medication which costs almost $120 a month is fully covered. He is now suffering from seizures, and I’m almost hitting my deductible before it’s covered. The insurance paid off in the long run. Remember, insurance is to INSURE your dog IF something happens. I’m glad I’ll never have to sacrifice my dogs health because I can’t afford something.

I haven't had to use it yet but Many Pets seems like a good fit for our furry family member. It is an affordable way to go and covers quite a bit. I hope we never have to use it but we are ready if we do with Many Pets.
