When I first adopted Nova and was shopping different pet insurance companies I was really pleased with what I learned about Healthy Paws. 3 years and 1 new puppy later I am still using Healthy Paws and loving it. Filing claims is a breeze and their team is incredibly responsive. Nova had her first serious injury this year and after I filed the claim. The Healthy Paws team reached out to check on her. I was so touched and will continue to use Healthy Paws for Nova, Dipper, and any future dogs that join the family.

Delayed claims
Every time - not just once in a while - every time I put in a claim, I get an email back saying Pet's Best is experiencing a higher volume than usual and you are sorry the claim while be delayed. If it is EVERY time, that's not an unexpected high volume issue, that's the norm. Just be honest.

We learned the hard way
We learned the hard way about needing pet insurance. One of our dogs got into gorilla glue and we had to pay a lot of money for her surgery. After that, we got pet insurance. They have already paid us a pretty good amount for some of the following vet visits we had to have after this. They were pretty quick to respond and we got reimbursed within a week. Thank you!

I am a new client that just signed up but I’ve been working in Vet Hospitals for years and I’ve always said I would choose Trupanion over any of the other insurance companies. Everybody has their own experience and opinion but Trupanion was the company that most clients used and I saw all the coverage they gave their clients first hand. I get the initial 30 day wait seems to be an issue for people but I think it’s completely fair that you have a healthy pet going into this process. It sounds like the u happy people knew there was an issue before signing up and they are mad that their scam didn’t work on this company. Anyways, so far I have had to online chat once to fix my account and the experience I had with an employee was so great! She was just so helpful and extremely friendly.

We love Figo
We love Figo! Our 90 lb GSD, Zigi, was a puppy mill rescue and we've learned that anything that can go wrong with his health seems to. He has had multiple surgeries - some major, some not - most of which can be chalked up to a poor immune system, and Figo has been a bit of a savior for us. It's stressful and heartbreaking enough when your dog gets hurt or is sick but knowing the financial burden is going to be much less with Figo it takes that part of the stress away. We are very grateful.
