PetsBest is so slow to pay claims it's unbelieveable. Don't go with them try another company. We have submitted 4 claims and had 1 paid 1/2 of the cost none of the others have been paid. They have all kinds of excuses sending me to the vet over and over for new statements and they still haven't paid. It's been four months now. The worst!

Amazing Pet Insurance Coverage
When we were going to pick up our dog from the rescue that saved him, we were told how important it would be to get insurance for him. I 100% agree with that statement. We decided to go with Healthy Paws, and we are so happy we did. Working with them on claims has been so painless. We have the piece of mind knowing that he will get the care he needs, and we don't have to stress about what will and won't be covered. It's amazing.

Healthy Paws is THE Best!
We've had Healthy Paws nearly five years now and we could not be happier with the service and benefits. Filing claims is incredibly easy and they are processed very quickly. We recently had to bring our pup to the emergency vet twice in one weekend and because of Healthy Paws, we didn't hesitate to not only bring him in, but also to move forward with all of the testing the vet recommended. Having Healthy Paws insurance gives us that comfort that we can take care of our pup regardless of what happens.

Awful Coverage - Months for a Claim to Process - Misleading Marketing
Even the most basic routine checkups are denied. Waste of money. Takes months and months for them to notify you that you're denied as well. Will be canceling and switching to a different provider

I received both an email and phone call. The phone call was very personalized about my dogs. Unfortunately the call dropped and there wasn't a follow up with another call. I did get an email then to explain using the website.
