This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam. My dog had a UTI as a puppy, and they are denying covering a UTI now (over 2 years later) claiming it is a preexisting condition. It is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Avoid this scam Edit-don’t get fooled by their response below. They did review on the phone with us and tried to tell us that science was wrong and our vet was wrong. It is unconscionable how this company tries to convince you that their scam is legit.

I have been a loyal customer of Pet plan/Fetch insurance for 13+ years. Over the course of those years I’ve had three golden retrievers; and being a very overprotective dog mom, several vet visits and emergencies. I can honestly recommend Fetch with 100% confidence. They have NEVER denied a claim of mine. They have covered my dogs’ cancer, allergies, intestinal blockage, and most recently, spinal surgery and the follow up therapy that goes with it. Search has allowed me to provide the best possible care for my dogs without worrying about the expense.

Pet's Best is truly The BEST!
Pet's Best was referred to me by my Vet in 2009. I did an extensive review side by side with Trupanion and found that Pet's Best beat them, and all others, hands down. Pet's Best has the most coverage (90% on most claims) and pays rapidly. Filing a claim is as simple as a few clicks on the phone and one photo. Payment is within a week or two and I have found that they are very willing to help with questions. I would ONLY use Pet's Best and refer my friends and family to Pet's Best. In 2015 my Malinois Max developed Discospondylitis. A rare spinal disease. Pet's Best did not abandon me or deny my claims but rather pre approved an MRI and other expensive diagnostic tests for the VCA (who expect payment on the day of the event in full) so I could have the tests done without out of pocket money except my 10%. They also helped me all the way through a difficult time and covered the euthanasia and cremation. Amazing compassionate and professional. Affordable and fair. I am a loyal customer.

I have been reading some of these positive reviews, sounds like people who work there are writing reviews to bump up the company stars on here. Buyer beware!! I was with this company for over a year, I researched ALL the pet insurance companies, I have been burned in the past. Well sure enough when my dog passed and I tried to submit claims, i was denied. Asking for 18 months of history, but I was told I didnt need that when I signed up. Never again, I am saving that monthly fee in a savings account for my pet, I will use that then get burned again. You obviuosly did not comprehend what my complaint was about before you answered with your "stock" answer.

I pay good money for pet insurance and the first time i file a claim for an illness, I am put thru the ringer to get full vet records with notes for every vet shehas ever seen. It's a case of diarrhea and I need to go backamd chase tecords for 5 years! Really#!!

Quick review time
The review time for my claim was approximately 2 weeks. The EOB was clear. I am awaiting my payment, there are also instructions should the direct deposit not arrive and a time frame to expect it. I always appreciate someone/business being proactive.

Sales person not truthful with me
I feel the sales person wasn't forthright when selling me the plan. I am now being denied claims for no reason despite having the proper documentation. When i call they say the person I need to speak with is perpetually out of the office. Until someone can actually help me, this review will stand
