I submitted my claim with receipt in November and received an email confirming receipt.
I submitted my claim with receipt in November and received an email confirming receipt. When I hadn’t heard anything at the end of January, I contacted Trupanion and they had no record of the claim. They asked me to resubmit the invoice. A few days later, they apparently found it and issued my check. I seem to have issues with EVERY claim.

I did my due diligence and called the my current veterinarian as well as the emergency vet in Duluth, MN. Both gave high recommendations to trupanion without knowing what each other said.
